These Terms of Service set forth the terms of use, as well as the rights and obligations between the Company and Users, regarding the K-drama and commercial filming location discovery platform "Gosetify" (hereinafter the "Service") operated by kHereNow Inc., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company").
① "Service" refers to the Gosetify mobile app and web platform as a whole provided by the Company.
② "User" refers to any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
③ "Content" refers to all data displayed within the Service, including drama and film information, filming location information, images, user-uploaded photographs, reviews, and the like.
④ "Third-Party Content" refers to content for which the original copyright is held by a third party, including content for which the Company has lawfully obtained a license from TMDB, the Korea Tourism Organization TourAPI, Wikimedia Commons, other external links, and original copyright holders (including, without limitation, authors and bloggers).
⑤ "UGC (User Generated Content)" refers to photographs, reviews, comments, and the like that are uploaded or written directly by Users.
① These Terms shall take effect by being posted on the Service screen or made publicly available via an in-app link.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws and regulations. Where the proposed amendment is not unfavorable to Users, the Company shall give notice through an in-app announcement or by email at least 7 days before the effective date; where the amendment is material or unfavorable, at least 30 days before the effective date.
③ A User who does not agree to the amended Terms may request termination of the contract and suspension of use. However, if the User continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
④ The Company may set forth in its policies any matters necessary for the application of these Terms, and may establish separate terms and conditions for individual services. However, where such content conflicts with these Terms, the terms of use of the individual service shall prevail.

② The AI recommendation and discovery features provided by the Company shall not, without the prior express written permission of the rights holder, use Third-Party Content such as TMDB without authorization for the purposes of training or validating large language models (LLMs), artificial intelligence (AI), or other machine learning systems.
③ The contents of the Service may be changed in accordance with operational strategy, and any such change shall be announced within the app.
④ The Service shall be provided on a year-round basis as a matter of principle; provided, however, that it may be suspended due to system maintenance, malfunctions, force majeure, or similar reasons.
