These Terms of Use set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of kHereNow Inc.(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Member with respect to the use of the Gosetify Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company.
① These Terms shall take effect when the customer or personal location information subject who applies for the Service agrees to these Terms.
② When the Member clicks the "Agree" button for these Terms online, the Member shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of these Terms and to have agreed to their application.
③ The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information, the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
④ When the Company amends these Terms, the existing Terms, the amended Terms, the effective date of the amendment, and the reasons for amendment shall be specified, and posted together with the current Terms for a reasonable period from 7 days prior to the effective date. However, in the case of changes that significantly affect the rights and obligations of Members, notice shall be given by posting on the Service homepage or by sending notification of the amendment to Members in electronic form (e-mail, SMS, etc.) from 30 days prior to the effective date.
⑤ If a Member does not express agreement or refusal regarding the amended Terms by the effective date of the amended Terms after the posting and notification under the preceding paragraph, the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. If the Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Company or the Member may terminate the service agreement.
These Terms shall be applied fairly in accordance with the principle of good faith, and matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws or commercial customs.
① The Company receives location information from location information providers and provides the following location-based services.

② Pursuant to Article 16(2) of the "Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information," the Company automatically records and preserves data confirming the use and provision of location information, and such data shall be retained for 6 months.
③ When the purpose of using or providing personal location information has been achieved, the Company shall immediately destroy personal location information except for the data confirming the use and provision of location information referred to in paragraph 3. However, if retention is required by other laws or if the Member has separately consented to the retention of personal location information, the Company may retain it for up to one year from the date the Member consented.
① The Company's services are basically provided free of charge. However, services specified as paid services may only be used by paying the fees specified for such services.
② The payment, cancellation, and refund of fees for paid services shall be governed by the Company's payment-related terms of use.
① When the Company changes or terminates the contents of the Service, the Company shall notify the Member of the changes or termination via e-mail to the Member's registered e-mail address.
